  12. 6This is a very simple PNG (Portable Network Graphics) viewer for
  13. NeXTstep. You can open PNG files by double-clicking on them and
  14. you can save them as TIFF files.
  15. This utility uses the libpng software written by Guy Eric Schalnat, the
  16. libz compression library from Jean-loup Gailly and Mark Adler and I stole
  17. a lot from the .pic viewer written by by Don Yacktman.
  18. This program is freeware:  you may copy, distribute and use this software
  19. as long as NO fee is charged beyond standard distribution fees.
